We all talk about vitamins and minerals, but often refer the the same old ones such as vitamin c, iron or just consuming your general multi-vitamin capsule.
Here is 3 more ways to enhance your health and well-being through added supplementation if necessary.

Magnesium

We are all individuals and what may work and suit some will also affect others differently. Alot of people react differently with various foods and and will be deficient in different areas so taking this into account all supplementation should be taken responsibly and relevant to the person in need.

For example i have an active job, height 6ft 2 and weigh 16st also training 5-7 times a week. Would my demand be higher than someone who is 5ft 2, weighs 9st who trains 3 times a week with a sedentary job???
