what is the 8 week challenge?

Whatever your goal, I can help you reach it. I can help build confidence, gain strength or lose weight in just 8 weeks. At the end, you can expect to look and feel great!

 

I will train you 3 times a week for 45 minutes. This is 1:1 and I only take on 5 people at a time, which means you get my full attention. Included in your package is 1:1 support, nutrition advice and 24 personal and bespoke training sessions.
