After losing most of my weight, I wanted to tone my body and get stronger. Sean not only helped me by training me physically, but mentally as well. He believed in my capabilities and pushed me through until the very end, often having more confidence in me than I had in myself. Our work outs were hard and intense and most days I told him I hated him! But I am extremely grateful that he is the way he is. I felt very safe in his care and I am now confident enough to venture out into the gym and do my own workouts. My results are amazing and I feel fitter and stronger.

I've known Sean for about 10 years now, not only is he a good friend but he is also a hard/strict, but very caring and professional personal trainer. I know every time I book a session with him I'll get his 100%. I used to play full time on tour as a professional golfer and my fitness needs for this were very different to the general public. Sean clearly knew how to meet my needs with tailor-made solutions to make sure my body was strong enough to cope with the demands of playing and practicing everyday and traveling all over the UK.

 

Although I'm still a professional golfer, I don't play as much and I now have a hobby of long distance triathlons and very silly endurance events. For these events my fitness needs to be at its very best and seeing Sean on a regular basis helps me to be in the right shape and also gives me the mental strength I need too. I couldn't recommend Sean enough!

I started training with Sean after 13 months out the gym with a bid to drop the weight I had put on and then put on some lean muscle mass. What I achieved with Sean’s help was far more than this! Using Sean’s extensive knowledge in cross fit / power lifting I quickly burnt off the weight and could see fantastic results in as little as four weeks, my overall strength and fitness improved so much in a short space of time that I was able to perform exercises I would never have even attempted on my own.
