My protein pancakes
A few of my clients have asked me to share my recipe for protein pancakes - which are great for snacking on, especially if you are out on the road a lot and get drawn into the service stations for lunch (which is almost always high carb and unhealthy). So here goes... I've kept it nice and simple!
Fluid....150-200ml Half water or milk (try it with water if you can)
1 banana
1 handful of porridge oats
1 scoop protein powder (chocolate is best)
1 whole egg
Blend all food.
Hot pan with coconut oil
Pour thin palm size pancakes
When bubbles on the top get ready to flip.
Makes a batch of 8. Enjoy!
