SEAN TAYLOR
Sean Taylor is a Lincoln-based personal trainer with 20 years experience within the fitness field. Excel Fitness Personal Training Studio opened February 2018 to provide that personal touch within a private facility for clients with the latest range of equipment and exercise machines.
Sean began his career bodybuilding at the age of just sixteen. At the time, bodybuilding was not very popular but his passion for fitness grew from his desire to exceed.
Although Sean enjoyed bodybuilding methods, he was plagued by numerous injuries and by the time he reached 24, he decided to focus on other fitness formats to apply a more functional approach. Sean went on to complete a FdSc degree in Sport and Exercise Development and focused on new ways to train such as Crossfit, which gave him stamina, strength, power, speed and agility.
Sean works with clients on an individual basis, focusing on achieving long-term results through challenging and constantly varied workouts. He is recognized for his expertise in functional training and his commitment to developing and implementing innovative fitness techniques.
Sean also offers small group classes, which still allows tailoring to each individual, but as part of group or team of people aiming to achieve their own fitness goals.
